This week we were exploring how to make a waterproof shelter like our character Tomotada would have made when he went on his journey for the Emperor. We used tarpaulins and had to think about the best way to support them to make our shelters. Then there was a freak rainstorm over our shelters and we had to huddle inside to stay dry. Lessons were definitely learned but best of all we had fun!
