Our P5 and P6 children spent the afternoon with the Dairy Council. They showed us the need to balance food and fitness. We explored the different foods and how to “get the balance right”. We had an aerobic session and shared what sports and activities we do already. It was a really informative afternoon presented in a really fun way. Hopefully everyone learned some new lessons!
