Our P6 class has been visiting Blair House as part of our Linking Generations Programme. During the first session the children had the opportunity to meet a group of residents. They asked questions and heard about the holidays, hobbies and musical tastes of their ‘Adopted Grandparents’. They shared games together and in the case of the boys heard some good jokes. During the second visit the children presented poems to their paired residents reflecting on what we learnt about them. Together they made Christmas baubles which are going to be displayed in Blair House.
