P7 were invited to MountStewart to learn about its very famous resident, Robert Stewart, Viscount Castlereagh. They were asked to play the roles of children from the estate and dressed up suitably.
We were guided around the house by staff in character and were able to help with the inventory of furnishings in the house. We also helped to sort out a menu for the banquet and had a go at writing with quills and ink.
