Making apple pies

We had a wonderful time making apple pies from the apples grown on our school trees.

We all were involved in peeling, slicing, rolling out pastry and crimping the lids of the pies.

Alison in the kitchen baked the pies for us and after they had cooled we got to taste them.

They were delicious.
