P1 had great fun baking their own apples using apples grown in our school orchard. The children had to pick the apples, weigh out and mix the ingredients, knead the pastry and finally fill the mini pastry pies with the apple sauce. We enjoyed eating our apple pies with ice cream 🥧ðŸŽ
