P1 had a great day celebrating the European Day of Languages this week. We have friends in P1 from Hungary, Poland, Ukraine and Northern Ireland. We dressed up in clothes, played games and tasted food from the different countries, we learnt to say ‘hello’ and ‘goodbye’ in different languages and we even had a treasure hunt outside looking for the country flags. What a great day we had celebrating each other’s languages. Thank you to the mums and dads who baked and cooked the food from their home countries ❤️
