As part of our literacy work, P7 have been reading The War of The Worlds by H.G Wells. We really enjoyed the plot of the story and loved how the author built suspense into his writing. We were inspired to write our own radio plays based on an alien invasion. We wrote a short play script based on one chapter from the book, rehearsed and recorded it using GarageBand. We also thought about how to make our own sound effects and how to change our voices while recording. Please listen to the short plays and let us know what you think! We have only produced a few of our radio plays at the moment but watch this space for the rest of the finished pieces.
