One of the best things about out school garden is the opportunity to taste and eat our own produce. Today Mrs Seeds was very crafty and cooked some of our vegetables into cake. Of course we all dug is when we saw cake and then got the lovely surprise of hearing what was actually in them!
The beetroot and chocolate cake came out as the favourite although the adults found the courgette loaf more to their taste.
